Nower Hill High School is proud to announce a collaboration with Flair, the team aiming to build a culture where all ethnicities can thrive.

Flair, who are running surveys with a number of leading schools on a national and international level, are leading the way in building an anti-racist culture through performance tracking & data-driven solutions.

The organisation has been commissioned to survey the Nower Hill community to understand how it is affected by racial issues at school.

The findings, which will be published in the autumn term, will provide Nower Hill with an understanding of experiences, guide the decisions of policy makers and ultimately create a positive change.
