Students experienced speaking to 16 professionals from the creative industries last week at the event, Creative Futures.

Most of the Creatives who attended we can proudly say are ex Nower hill students: Riz is a successful actor, model and screenwriter, currently in the BMW advert; Jay, a pianist and composer and part of Sam Ryder’s band; Cerys runs a record label at Universal Music; Nadia works in the NHS as an Art Psychotherapist; Aleesha a very successful illustrator whose most recent commission was King Charles III children's book on Climate change; Toby, a Visual FX artist for film, TV and Music; and finally Gareth, also an ex-student of the school, a famous photographer who photographs the world’s most famous celebrities!

The excitement and buzz around the school was visible to see; students clearly felt inspired and learnt that there are plenty of exciting opportunities, pathways and careers in the Creative Industries.
