On Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st of January, the Jack Petchey foundation visited our school and conducted two workshops on public speaking and speech writing. 60 Year 10 students were given the opportunity to hone their public speaking and speech writing skills.

The English Faculty is delighted with the effort and confidence that Year 10 put into the construction and delivery of their speeches on both days, with some fascinating topics ranging from the importance of mental health, the value of life and the often overlooked joys of walking!
