As in previous years, Nower Hill will be celebrating and promoting Safer Internet Day, which this year, falls on Tuesday 7th February 2023. This year more than ever, it is incredibly important to recognise and discuss the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology amongst our children and young people.

The theme for this year’s event is with this year having the theme of "Making space for conversations about life online". This theme coincides nicely with Children's Mental Health Week, which is also running throughout the week.

Throughout the day we will be discussing various aspects of safe online usage with the students in both their form time and lessons, but would be delighted if you could join us in celebrating the day by continuing these conversations at home.
