Christmas Jumper Day is Save the Children's annual event which raises money for children in the UK and across the world. Every December, millions of people put on a festive outfit at their workplace, school or with friends and make a donation to help make things better for children in the UK and around the world. Nower Hill is inviting staff and students to wear their most festive jumper and help raise funds for this charitable event.

This year, Christmas Jumper Day is on Thursday 8^th December and the Government has promised to double all donations, so whatever you can give, big or small, will make a difference. It is also totally fine if you can’t donate anything – you can still take part on the day and join in the fun.

Please do not have to buy a new jumper! In fact, Save the Children are suggesting that everyone who takes part avoids buying a new jumper. Instead, you can reuse or get crafty and decorate/customise an old jumper, or swap with friends.
