On Tuesday 28th March, 200 Year 12 students had the opportunity to attend this year’s UCAS Discovery Exhibition at ExCeL London at the Royal Victoria Dock. UCAS Discovery is a major event that hosts over 100 universities, colleges and apprenticeship employers face-to-face.

Nower Hill champions this event as a valuable opportunity for all our Year 12 students and it is a key date in our 6th Form calendar. Students had the chance to enquire about course options and career pathways offered, listen to live expert talks, get the latest advice and make contacts so that they can receive further information from the universities present. Many students took the opportunity to travel on the new Elizabeth Line and the DLR for the first time to get to the exhibition. The students had a wonderful experience and the visit has marked the advent of our Year 12 students researching their future choices, whilst focusing on their current studies.
