On 20th and 21st January, the Jack Petchey Foundation visited our school and conducted two workshops on public speaking and speech writing. Fifty of our Year 10 students were given the opportunity to hone their public speaking and speech writing skills.

The English Faculty was delighted with the effort and confidence that the students put into the construction and delivery of their speeches on both days, with some fascinating topics, ranging from socialism to body image.

Huge congratulations to Ejazi, Shreya, Nico, Abdur-Rahman, Rani and Olivia on your incredible winning speeches which we will hear at a future assembly and a further well done to our numerous highly commended students!
