October marks Black History Month in the UK. This year at Nower Hill we are celebrating by encouraging conversations about race and diversity; challenging students to learn something new about what it means to be Black in Britain; and championing the incredible influences Black people have had and continue to have in all of our lives.

Each week there will be advertised events during and outside of the school day - see how many you can get involved in at school and at home!
