Dear Parents and Carers

Please find attached the latest guidance that has been sent to all schools by the Local Authority following the well-publicised case of Isle of Wight Council v Platt (2017). The most pertinent parts of the letter to take note of have been highlighted and in light of this,  we will be reviewing our Attendance Policy for September 2017 accordingly.

Thank you for your continued support in ensuring that your child attends school regularly and punctually.
